Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
   You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the product.
   The product must be sealed and unopened to exercise the right of withdrawal.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
   To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send a written request to hello@bondsupplements.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and your withdrawal request.
   Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with instructions for returning the product.
3. Conditions for Return
   The product must be returned in perfect condition, with its original packaging intact and undamaged.
   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund
   Once the returned product is received and verified, a refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
   Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or damaged products, or products that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g., opened food supplements).
